Now Hiring: Content & Communications Team
We are looking for creative and committed individuals who can craft engaging, research-based, and inclusive content across digital platforms.
Who You Are:
- An excellent writer with a clear, empathetic, and accessible style
- Deeply interested in topics like disability inclusion, therapy, special education, or family health
- Comfortable working with researchers, educators, and field experts to turn complex ideas into digestible content
- Familiar with digital platforms (WordPress, Canva, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Background in journalism, communications, education, disability studies, psychology, therapy sciences, or social work
- Multilingual communcation skills (especially English + any Indian language)
Your Role May Include:
- Writing and editing blogs, articles, FAQs, explainers, and guides
- Managing website content and structuring user-friendly information flows
- Creating social media content (posts, reels, stories) to grow awareness and engagement
- Interviewing professionals, caregivers, and individuals with lived experience
- Coordinating with design, tech, and editorial teams to publish accurate and accessible content
- Staying updated on policies, programs, and breakthroughs in disability-related sectors
